

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. of Northern New England selected CMC to design and construct an expansion to their Londonderry, NH production center. The expansion included approximately 33,000 square feet of warehouse space and a 2,000 square foot state of the art Quality Control Room.

CMC Associates recently completed construction of a new 76,000 square foot facility for Maines Paper & Food Service in Conklin, NY. This facility includes office space, dry storage, freezer, and a cooler featuring a central ammonia refrigeration system.

CMC recently completed construction of a 75,000 square foot addition to a processing facility in Deblois, ME for Jasper Wyman and Son's. The addition included two (2) 20,000 square foot -20°F storage freezers, a 35,000 square foot processing room, and the installation of a new central ammonia refrigeration system to supply the new and existing storage freezers and processing equipment.

Siegel Egg Co., Inc., a food service distributor based in Cambridge, MA, selected CMC to design and construct the renovation of a 165,000 square foot distribution facility in Billerica, MA. The renovation included the construction of nearly 70,000 square feet of cooler, freezer, and refrigerated docks that are serviced by a new energy efficient central Freon refrigeration system.

Montebello Food Corporation selected CMC associates to design and construct their new distribution facility in Brooklyn, NY. The 45,000 square foot facility includes a cooler, freezer, and dry storage area, as well as an interior loading dock.

CMC Associates was selected by Eastern Ice to design and construct their new 25,000 square foot ice production and distribution facility. The new plant, located in Fall River, MA, replaced their existing Newport, RI facility and included state of the art equipment to enable the company's continued growth.
