CMC provided site selection, material handling design, architecture, engineering and construction services for Ace Endicos new greenfield foodservice distribution facility.

The facility includes freezer, cooler and dry storage areas as well as office, employee welfare areas, and a Cash & Carry. Phase 1 included 85,000 SF of warehouse, 3,300 SF of Cash & Carry, and 12,200 SF of office for corporate headquarters. The site is master planned for 295,000 SF at full build out. The facility includes a central refrigeration system, vertical dock levelers, double-interlock fire protection system and a combination of single and double deep rack.
