Favorite Foods Inc., a broadline food service distributor based in Somersworth, NH, selected CMC Associates for the design and construction of a 25,000 SF expansion to their existing facility.

The expansion project consisted of the construction of a 3,800 SF refrigerated shipping dock, 10,600 SF -10°F freezer,
5,700 SF 35°F cooler, 4,800 SF dry storage, and a 2-story dock office.

Prior to construction, CMC provided feasibility study services to evaluate all of the available options to accommodate Favorite Foods' growing business. In addition to the expansion of the existing facility, numerous other existing buildings were investigated for renovation/expansion potential and several sites were also studied for new construction.
