CMC Associates has constructed two projects for NATCO Corporation, a leading New England foodservice distributor.
The first project was the master planning, design, and construction of a 70,000 square foot distribution facility.

The new facility included nearly 18,000 square feet of freezer, cooler, and refrigerated docks as well as the corporate offices. Per the master plan, NATCO came to CMC to construct Phase 2 nearly six years after the initial project. Phase 2 consisted of the construction of an additional 18,000 square feet of freezer and cooler storage as well as expanding the site to accommodate the growing parking needs of the fleet and employees.
