CMC Associates provided design, engineering and construction services for two renovation projects for Maines Paper & Foodservice in Hanover Park, IL.

In 2004, CMC renovated a 75,000 square foot of dry warehouse facility to include 19,000 square feet of freezer, 11,000 square feet of cooler, 10,000 square feet of refrigerated dock, and 3,000 square feet of office space.

In 2009, CMC returned to expand the facility to 103,000 square feet. This project included converting dry storage into 15,000 square feet of freezer, 15,000 square feet of cooler, and 6,000 square feet of refrigerated dock.

Both projects faced heavy time pressure to meet Maines' contractual obligations and were completed on time and on budget.
