Associated Grocers of Maine is a retailer owned full-line grocery wholesaler based in Gardiner, ME. CMC Associates was selected to design and construct a 41,000 square foot freezer and cooler expansion and renovate the existing 37,000 square foot refrigerated warehouse and dock. A new central ammonia refrigeration system was installed to service the entire 78,000 SF of refrigerated space.
