CMC Awarded Construction Project for Restaurant Depot in Everett, MA |

CMC Associates has been awarded the construction of an 84,0000 square foot foodservice wholesale facility in Everett, MA by Restaurant Depot.
The 36 foot tall precast concrete facility includes approximately 6,500 square feet of freezer space and 15,500 square feet of cooler space.
CMC introduced the use of geopiers to eliminate the need for piles and a structural slab that resulted in a savings of approximately $500,000.
The project broke ground in April and will be complete by the Fall of 2010. |
