Channel Fish is a leading processor of fresh fish fillets and frozen fish portions. After an extensive site search in which CMC analyzed several raw land sites and existing buildings, Channel Fish selected an existing building in the New Boston Foodmarket.

A former meat processing facility, the facility required extensive demolition, effectively gutting the interior processing areas and offices. CMC designed the fresh and frozen production areas within the existing footprint and added to the footprint a new cooler and loading dock. The total facility is now 30,000 square feet.

CMC was able to fast rack the project through a cumbersome permitting process and deliver the facility six months after field commencement.
