Concord Foods is a leading supplier of retail food products and custom ingredients to nationally recognized supermarkets, food service operators and leading food manufacturers.

CMC designed, engineered and constructed new facilities for Concord Foods including a flavor storage area, a syrup processing and packaging area, a boiler room, a tempering area and freezer, cooler and dry storage areas.

The syrup processing and packaging area was constructed within an active area of the processing facility. CMC field personnel coordinated with CF operational staff to ensure that the construction activities, including concrete slab removal and replacement, did not interfere with food sanitation or production activities.
