CMC Associates recently completed Phase 1 of a 30,000 SF renovation for Greencore USA/Home Made Brand Foods. The renovation project included the construction of a new employee lunch room, locker room, and toilet facilities and the renovation of the 1st floor quiche processing and potato retort areas.

The project required extensive planning and coordination with both the USDA and plant management to develop construction sequencing that would allow for minimal disruption to the daily operation of the plant.

The scope of work included replacement of existing concrete floors with new drainage systems, installation of resin flooring, new walls and ceilings, upgrading of utilities including new fixtures and refrigeration systems, and the installation of new equipment.
