CMC provided design, engineering, and construction services for a 35,000 square foot expansion for the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Northern New England in Londonderry, NH.

The project included the construction of 33,000 SF of future production space, a 2,000 SF state-of-the-art quality control lab with a storage mezzanine above, a 1,100 SF canopy for the unloading of HFCS tankers, and numerous interior renovations including the relocation of walls and existing HVAC equipment to accommodate new dock doors. Additional design measures and project coordination were required throughout the project in order to complete construction without interrupting the day-to-day operations within the existing facility.
