CMC was selected to design and construct a 70,000 square foot USDA meat processing and distribution facility for T.F. Kinnealey in Brockton, MA. The new facility includes a 10,000 SF -10°F Freezer, 11,000 SF Beef Cooler, 2,500 SF Poultry Cooler, Beef Dry Aging Cooler, 35°F Shipping and Receiving Dock, and over 10,000 SF of segregated beef and poultry processing rooms. There is also over 10,000 SF of employee facilities and corporate offices.

CMC worked with Kinnealey to incorporate numerous Green technologies into the new facility including a state-of-the-art energy management system for control of the refrigeration systems.
