Jasper Wyman & Son is the leading US grower, packer, and marketer of wild blueberries and berry fruits flash-frozen, canned and in juices. CMC was selected to design and construct a 75,000 square foot processing and storage expansion for Wyman's in Deblois, ME.

A 500 ton central ammonia refrigeration system was installed to supply the production freeze tunnel as well as the new and existing storage freezers. The two new -20°F product storage freezers are supplied with -40°F air from evaporators located in a penthouse to allow for easy system access and maintenance.

Also included in the expansion were new shipping docks and employee facilities.
